Software Engineer AI Operations Platform
NexG operates a large, complex pan-India electronics distribution network spanning mobile devices, consumer electronics, telecom accessories, and IT products.

We are building an AI-native operations platform to rethink how distribution and logistics businesses runfrom purchasing, inventory, and order management to logistics, reconciliation, finance, compliance, partner portals, and internal systems.

What we are looking for

We are hiring multiple hands-on engineers with 36 years (for Junior) & 8-10 years (for Senior) of experience who bring:

• Strong fundamentals in backend engineering, APIs, integrations, and asynchronous workflows.


• Strong data-modeling and SQL skills.


• Ability to operate in lean cross-functional teams.


• A pragmatic approach to applied AI: excitement about using LLMs where they add value, and the judgment to choose deterministic software where it is the better tool.

Nice to haves

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, ERP systems.


• Model training (LLM or otherwise) and integration experience.

The role

You will work like an early engineer at a startup, but with the data, users, operating complexity, and resources of an established business.

You will design, code, deploy, debug, and operate systems yourself, with meaningful influence over architecture, product direction, and engineering practices.
