Job summary

Quantbot is hiring a backend engineer in India to help build an AI-native operations platform for a large electronics distribution network, covering inventory, logistics, finance, and partner portals. You will work in lean, cross-functional teams on APIs, integrations, and async workflows.

We seek 3–6 years of backend experience, strong data-modeling and SQL skills, and a pragmatic approach to applying AI — knowing when to use LLMs vs deterministic software.
