Computershare Business Support Services India is seeking a Senior Analytic Specialist to lead analytics and reporting across Corporate Trust services. You will design dashboards, automate reporting and collaborate with onshore teams to deliver high-quality insights that inform client and shareholder decisions.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in Power BI, SQL and Excel, plus fluency in English and experience with statistical tools such as R or Python.

Qualifications

We are creating a new operations hub in Bangalore/Hyderabad to support our Corporate Trust business, and we are looking for committed people to join our team at the very start of our Corporate Trust journey in India.

A key part of this role will be collaborating with our onshore teams to service our Corporate Trust business lines and help us to deliver the professional services our clients trust and depend on. We ensure that colleagues around the world have access to the technology and agreed service levels that they need to take care of their clients and their clients’ shareholders, employees, and customers.

As aSpecialist - Analytics you will oversee new deal development and change management of cash flow modelling across a variety of asset classes – ABS, CMBS, CLO, and RMBS. This is a key risk and quality control function, and you will be instrumental in improving efficiency and accuracy.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating insightful dashboards and automating reporting workflows using tools like Power BI.
• Collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into clear analytical needs.
• Performing root cause analyses and presenting evidence based recommendations to address business challenges.
• Helping stakeholders interpret analytical findings and embed insights into their decision making processes.
• Determines the necessary data sources, identifies quality issues early and ensures they are resolved to reduce delivery risks.
• Presents scenarios, alternatives and recommendations that are aligned with business objectives and real world constraints.
• Develops executive level dashboards and narratives that emphasize decisions, actions, and measurable impact.
• Designs and recommends solutions that are fair, compliant, transparent and explainable.

We are looking for people with these skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering reporting solutions.
• Experience with the design, scheduling, and automation of reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency in working with SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel while demonstrating standard reporting strategies.
• Ability to quickly and clearly communicate with and provide updates to key stakeholders on current initiatives and assignments.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Ability to perform statistical and performance analytics in R, Python or similar tools.
