Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent to support the organization's growth and workforce needs.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


• Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referral programs.


• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Conduct reference checks and background verifications, as required.


• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications.


• Stay current with industry trends, labor market developments, and recruitment best practices.


• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.


• Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices.


• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.


• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and talent acquisition best practices.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


• Familiarity with employment laws, hiring regulations, and compliance requirements.
