Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Analyst Talent Acquisition for a 1-year contract in Hyderabad. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and program faculties, SMEs, and freelance trainers across technology and non-technology domains.

You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, negotiate terms, and build pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals while maintaining a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in EdTech, E‑Learning, Learning & Development, and Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Faculty and SMEs for technology and non-technology programs across India and the Middle East.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard freelance trainers, instructors, consultants, and university faculty for corporate learning and academic engagements.
• Build and maintain networks of industry experts and faculty across emerging technologies, business, leadership, management, and other domains.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, define criteria, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage commercial discussions, and onboarding while adhering to processes.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates ensuring a strong candidate experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Analyst Talent Acquisition to manage end-to end recruitment across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in hiring freelance corporate trainers, gig workers, university faculty, contract employees, and full‑time professionals for an EdTech environment. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to structured MNC hiring processes while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Faculty and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for technology and non-technology programs across India and the Middle East.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard freelance trainers, instructors, consultants, and university faculty for corporate learning and academic engagements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry experts and faculty across emerging technologies, business, leadership, management, and other professional domains.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, define selection criteria, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, commercial discussions, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with organizational processes.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional communities, and networking.
• Track hiring metrics, provide regular stakeholder updates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in EdTech, E‑Learning, Learning & Development, and Consulting organizations.
• Proven experience hiring faculty, trainers, consultants, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for technology and non-technology domains.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
• Proactive approach to talent mapping, market research, and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recruitment tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver within tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
