Job summary

You will mentor junior team members, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely program execution.

Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented professional to support the successful delivery of Management and Leadership programs across online, blended, and offline learning environments. The role will focus on coordinating content development, reviewing academic materials, ensuring delivery readiness, supporting facilitators and subject matter experts, and maintaining high standards of learner experience. The incumbent will also contribute to training, mentoring, and enabling facilitators and junior team members to ensure consistent academic delivery across programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of assigned Management and Leadership programs.
• Review presentations, case studies, assessments, assignments, and learning resources to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with curriculum objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs, freelancers, faculty, and instructional designers to ensure timely development and review of academic content.
• Monitor content development schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure academic content readiness before program launch, including session plans, assessments, learner handbooks, facilitator guides, and LMS uploads.
• Support facilitators during program delivery by providing academic and operational guidance.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for facilitators and ensure consistent delivery standards across programs.
• Mentor fresh graduates, new facilitators, and junior team members through coaching and continuous feedback.
• Monitor learner feedback, facilitator feedback, and session observations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Product, Learning Design, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and repository management for academic content.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with academic delivery processes, quality standards, and university-specific guidelines.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Academic Delivery, Learning & Development, Corporate Learning, EdTech, or Higher Education.
• Experience in coordinating academic programs, reviewing learning content, and supporting learner delivery.
• Strong understanding of Management and Leadership education.
• Experience working with faculty, SMEs, trainers, freelancers, or instructional design teams.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and mentor facilitators, trainers, and junior team members.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms.
