• Collaborate with academic, product, and delivery teams to provide market insights for curriculum design.
• Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills to identify placement opportunities.

This position is responsible for delivering superior placement outcomes by building impactful industry partnerships, enhancing employer engagement, and aligning talent supply with evolving market demand. The leader shapes long-term placement strategy, influences program design through market intelligence, and drives scalable, sustainable talent pipelines in collaboration with global organizations. The role requires strong executive presence, a deep industry network, and a results-driven mindset aligned with Learnvantages mission of developing future-ready professionals.

• Build and sustain senior-level relationships with product companies, global enterprises, system integrators, and high-growth startups.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Graduate with 8 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, talent acquisition, or workforce development; master''s degree preferred. Prior EdTech experience is required. Proven track record of delivering premium placement outcomes, especially within technology and/or management domains. Strong executive-level industry network and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience leveraging digital and social platforms for employer engagement and brand positioning.
