Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in social listening, consumer insights or social media marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with social listening and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Cision, Emplifi, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in Consumer Insights tools such as GWI, CreatorIQ, MeltWater or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and ecosystems, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, blogs, forums, and emerging channels.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in data gathering, interpretation, and the development of actionable, insight-driven recommendations.
  • Experience building Boolean queries and refining search logic for accuracy and relevance.
  • Basic understanding of sentiment analysis and natural language processing.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends within the beverage industry and broader social media landscape; culturally aware and informed on global digital conversations.
  • Skilled at distilling complex datasets into clear, concise, and business-relevant insights.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Naturally curious and detail-oriented, with a deep interest in uncovering the "why" behind social trends and behavioral shifts.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with stakeholders to define social listening topics, metrics, and filtering criteria aligned to business objectives across standard, ad-adhoc, and industry reports.
  • Design and implement social listening setups, including query parameters, keyword configurations, and dashboard creation across approved tools.
  • Pull, interpret, and analyze data from social listening platforms to assess volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencer activity, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Marketing Insights, Marketing, and Brand teams - to integrate social media insights into broader research initiatives and campaigns.
  • Champion a holistic, consumer-centric view - connecting the dots between what consumers say, how they engage, and what influences their perceptions and behaviors.
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to inform strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Create and edit reporting deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and newsletter formats that effectively transform social data into actionable narratives.
  • Visualize findings through charts, tables, and infographics to clearly communicate insights to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain a recurring and ad-adhoc reporting calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and data accuracy in all reports, with strong written communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Proactively refine and optimize social listening queries to ensure data relevance, minimize noise, and enhance the quality of insights.
  • Monitor and share industry best practices and case studies to support capability building within the insights function.
  • Adhere to global social listening collaboration protocols, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and processes.

Job Title: Senior Analyst - Social listening & Consumer Insights
Reporting to: Manager - Digital Marketing
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Social Listening Analyst to design, execute, and deliver custom social listening reports that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translating them into structured, platform-specific queries that monitor social conversations around internal brands, competitors, products, marketing campaigns, and key events.

The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of unstructured social media data, identifying key themes and sentiment drivers, and synthesizing findings into concise, insight-driven narratives. The ability to differentiate meaningful signals from noise and communicate insights in a business-relevant context is critical.

This role requires a high degree of independence, as assignments may lack predefined templates or processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively. Additionally, the role includes working with multilingual content, requiring the Analyst to derive culturally contextualized insights from non-English sources.
