Job summary

Capco is seeking an HR Operational Analyst in Bengaluru to support the global contingent worker process and ensure a consistent experience across the lifecycle. Based in Bangalore, you will work with the US-based Global HR Operations Manager as part of a global HR Operations team.

You’ll coordinate contingent worker processes, maintain records, support PO creation, respond to queries and help meet audit requirements across locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the contingent worker lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
• Experience with PO creation or purchase-to-pay processes and collaborating with Finance/Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational processes for contingent workers globally, ensuring onboarding, changes and offboarding are coordinated accurately and on time.
• Coordinate PO creation and related operational activities with stakeholders to ensure data is complete and processed per procedures.
• Maintain accurate contingent worker data and records, support audits with evidence and documentation.
• Respond to operational queries and collaborate with HR and global teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Support Capco’s global contingent workforce through accurate, efficient and people-focused HR operations.

The Role

As an HR Operational Analyst at Capco, you’ll play an important role in supporting our global contingent worker process , helping to deliver a consistent and efficient experience across the contingent worker lifecycle.

Based in Bangalore and reporting to the US-based Global HR Operations Manager , you’ll be part of a global HR Operations function, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders across Capco’s locations. You’ll coordinate contingent worker processes, maintain accurate records, support Purchase Order (PO) creation, respond to operational queries and help meet audit requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Support the end-to-end operational processes for contingent workers globally , helping ensure onboarding, worker changes and offboarding activities are coordinated accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and support Purchase Order (PO) creation and related operational activities, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure information is complete, accurate and processed in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate contingent worker data, records and documentation, completing appropriate checks and providing information and evidence to support internal and external audit requirements.
• Respond to operational queries and collaborate with HR colleagues and global stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain consistent processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting the contingent worker lifecycle , including onboarding, worker changes and offboarding.
• Experience with PO creation or purchase-to-pay processes and working with Finance, Procurement or other supporting teams.
• Experience supporting HR operations, contingent workforce processes, HR shared services or a comparable operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience maintaining accurate records and working with operational processes and data.
• Experience working with process controls, documentation and audit requirements , with an understanding of the importance of maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams, locations and time zones.

Bonus Points For

• Experience using SAP Successfactors HR systems as well as having experience in vendor management systems or other platforms supporting contingent workforce administration.
• Exposure to global HR Operations, shared services, audit activities or operational controls across multiple countries.
