Job summary

PwC India is seeking a SAP HCM consulting Manager to deliver end-to-end SAP HCM solutions including PA, OM, TM, Payroll and Recruitment. You will work with HR teams to understand needs, design configurations, and lead training sessions for business users.

Required is a strong foundation in SAP HCM modules, HR processes, and experience in client-facing advisory roles. The role operates within PwC's Advisory practice with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM) is an advantage.
