Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Senior Analyst (Individual Contributor) to deliver analyses aligned with client objectives and to oversee multiple market research projects end-to-end. The role emphasizes data processing, statistical methods, and client coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should handle 3–7 years of relevant experience, with hands-on use of Quantum, SPSS, and MR methodologies, and be comfortable with night/weekend rotational shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 3–7 years of experience in Market Research Data Processing Tabulation.
• Hands-on experience with Quantum, SPSS, weighting, coding, and data merging.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects independently.
• Exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within timelines with minimal supervision.
• Program surveys and ensure quality delivery using the FTR (First Time Right) approach.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain project quality standards.
