Job summary

Grand View Research is seeking a proactive Technology Intelligence specialist to benchmark EV technologies, analyze market dynamics, and build data-driven dashboards. You will track global automotive trends, competitive threats, and opportunities across OEMs, startups, and research institutes.

The role requires strong engineering foundations, experience in technology intelligence and R&D, and the ability to translate insights into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Preference for engineering in electrical, mechanical, Automotive Mechatronics, or related field).
• Experience in technology intelligence, competitive benchmarking, automotive R&D, product planning, market research, or innovation management.
• Strong understanding of EV Architecture & E-Drive Systems, Battery Technologies, Charging Systems, ICE & Hybrid Powertrains, Automotive Industry Trends

Responsibilities

• Benchmark premium EVs, batteries, charging systems, e-drives, ICE and hybrid powertrains.
• Build and maintain databases covering specifications, performance, suppliers, and technology differentiators.
• Analyze competitors, technology trends, market developments, and global/Indian automotive ecosystems.
• Track innovations across OEMs, Tier-1s, startups, research institutes, and technology partners.
• Identify technology gaps, emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Convert technical intelligence and market insights into reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable insights.
• Experience in technology intelligence, benchmarking, automotive R&D, market research, product planning, or innovation management.
• Strong knowledge of EVs, e-drives, batteries, charging, ICE/hybrid powertrains, and automotive trends.
