Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Chennai seeks a capable professional to support Investment Banking operations across RESG - India, develop dashboards, ensure audit actions are followed, and coordinate with stakeholders and risk teams.

You will drive process changes, governance, and knowledge sharing, deliver timely inputs from project sponsors, and contribute to transformation initiatives while maintaining client focus.

• Develop and maintain support metrics, MI and project management status, and consolidate dashboards across RESG - India.
• Ensure audit actions points are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.

• Collaborate and build positive stakeholder and business partner relationships for timely inputs from sponsors and stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of Investment Banking and its Clients, customers & vendors
• Develop and maintain support metrics, MI and project management status, and consolidate various dashboards across RESG - India
• Ensure audit actions points are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
• Cooperate with other departments within KYU and the wider SG Group
• Collaborate and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationship to obtain timely inputs from the project sponsor and other business partner stakeholders for all key project
• Effectively drive process changes /change management / Business related information impacting process as part of Knowledge sharing initiative/team huddles/team meetings
• Ensure Robust & Resilient execution on operations for GDO function
• Should contribute to Transformation activities
• Through knowledge on CREW activities
• Client Focus -
• Take Responsibility for strategic delivery of New & Existing Assignments, including analysis of business case and driving through efficiency and defining with Risk a robust and sustainable Process Governance framework
• Analysis of requests with logical thought process (apply process steps/procedures) and response to Requestors on timely basis
• Define a project plan with clear definition of the scope, expected deliverables and the timelines associated Produce a well-defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and the requirements too
• To be Autonomous / Client focus / to build a direct relation with client / to receive more delegation / Inculcate more initiatives in Operational & Process Development
• Technical Knowledge -
• Effective business communication (written & oral). Keep clarity in terms content, context and proposals (written communication) & fluency/confidence in case of oral communication
• Recognise sensitivity of mail and ensure to alert Managers in case of escalation /higher management looped in the mail . Further ensure to distribute process changes /change management / Business related information impacting process as part of Knowledge sharing initiative
• Demonstrate good skills in PPT & DOC building ( SOP's, Flowchart, etc ...)
