Job summary

BDO India is seeking a skilled payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will oversee data collection, calculations, deductions, and reporting while staying current with tax regulations.

The role requires handling bonuses, commissions, and remittances, maintaining confidentiality, and driving process improvements to minimize errors. You will support audits and provide data for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience processing payroll across multiple locations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll including deductions and benefits.
• Stay updated with statutory requirements and eTDS filings.
• Lead process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data.
• Respond to employee payroll queries within defined response times.

• Ensure all allocated clients payroll is processed accurately and timely.
• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, input, calculations, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple locations.
• Process complex payroll calculations, including bonuses, commissions, and tax withholding.
• Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, variable payouts and benefits to employees.
• Stay updated on evolving payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements to ensure compliance.
• Lead efforts to improve payroll processes, enhance system efficiency, and reduce errors.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams, analysing payroll data and trends.
