Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Master Data Management specialist to join our global operations team in India. You will validate and govern master data, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness across vendor and customer records.

Responsibilities include end-to-end validation, data quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs. Flexible shifts and a focus on governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with bank validation, tax validation, and duplicate prevention controls.
• Graduation with specialization in accounting.

• Strong understanding of master data management principles, governance controls and data quality standards.
• Perform end-to-end validation of master data requests, including vendor/customer creation, modification and extension.
• Analyze business requests and validate data requirements before processing changes.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a shared services or global operations environment
• Experience in Quality Control is an added advantage.
