You will be part of the Investment modeling team that sits within the Business line Capital Market. You will be supporting the business by offering comprehensive analytical and financial services which involves initial modelling to ongoing performance analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Working closely with analysts and stakeholders from various global offices and supporting on the various process within the capital market team. This will help enhance the skill and global real estate knowledge.

Team work

Working with our leadership and business line heads to support the existing process and new business opportunities. Evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and economic indicators to refine financial assumptions and valuation parameters. Deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization strategies. You will be extracting key insights from a diverse range of public data sources, including macroeconomic trends, industry developments, company financials, and competitive landscapes. Your expertise will be essential in data cleaning, preparation, interpretation, and analysis, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and tools, such as other data management systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create, review, and handle financial models.
