• Content Creation: Develop engaging articles, videos, podcasts, and other content formats for both the member-only community and social media channel.
• Workload Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while aligning with broader business objectives and implementing them accordingly.
• Community Engagement: Serve as a passionate advocate for the Simply Community, engaging members in meaningful conversations and driving participation and platform attendance.
• Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and produce content for email campaigns and social media channels.
• Editorial Planning: Refine the editorial and content strategy for both the public website and the community platform, brainstorming new themes and ideas.
• Data Analysis: Generate and analyze statistics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a thought leader in Internal Communications and HR, providing insights and perspectives.
