Marsh in Pune, India is seeking an operations professional to ensure timely and accurate production of complex documents and information, including report preparation.

The role supports customer awareness of relevant insurance regulations, strengthens established client relationships, and contributes to the achievement of SLAs and KPIs while upholding company policies and performance standards.

• Maintains a basic understanding of relevant Insurance and related legislation for customer awareness
• Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
• Contributes to achievement of Operations team SLA, KPI and business objectives

Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships

Adheres to Company policies and performance standards

Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
