Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Analyst for Fixed Assets in Chennai to support Sox-Controlled activities and asset accounting. You will post month-end entries, depreciation, and US GAAP reconciliations while supporting audits.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in finance, with B.com/BBA/M.Com/MBA in Finance, and strong English communication. Join a global manufacturing leader and grow with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Basic level knowledge in MS applications.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
• Good team player with analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn & deploy the skills learnt in day-to-day process.
• B.Com/BBA (Finance)/M.Com/MBA (Finance); Freshers/2–4 years of experience in relevant field
• MS Office knowledge in accounting principles; ability to understand & interpret accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Fixed Assets activities defined as Sox Control.
• Understand the corporate policy and follow-up of key Fixed Assets Metrics.
• Posting month end journal entries related to Fixed Asset Transactions.
• Posting Monthly Depreciation entries in ERP on time.
• Prepare monthly US GAAP Reconciliation.
• Support Internal & External Audits.
• Learn & serve as a backup for the team.
