Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead resolution of escalated user problems, mentor analysts, and optimize IT asset inventory in a co-located Coimbatore office. The role requires coordinating with senior management, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain network and security posture.

You will manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud integrations, and automation via PowerShell and Python, with a rotational shift including US time zones.

Qualifications

• Formal IT admin and security experience with Windows/Linux environments.
• Experience with AD, DNS/DHCP, and vulnerability management.
• Strong scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation and compliance.
