Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Analyst for Digital Analytics Implementation (CJA) to enable accurate data collection, integration, and reporting readiness across Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. You will work with business, analytics, and technology teams to implement and support CJA solutions.

Responsibilities

Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics Implementation (CJA)

Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Digital Analytics Implementation will be responsible for implementing and supporting digital analytics solutions within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) . This role will focus on enabling accurate data collection, data integration, and reporting readiness by working closely with business, analytics, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CJA implementations , including integrating and validating data from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) sources. This is primarily a CJA implementation role, however the candidate should possess a foundational understanding of AEP/CDP concepts, data schemas, datasets, identity management, and customer journey data models.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define analytics implementation requirements for Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Support end-to-end CJA implementations including data validation, schema alignment, data views, connections, and reporting readiness.
• Work with data engineering and platform teams to onboard and integrate data into CJA from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CDP, and other enterprise data sources.
• Validate datasets, identities, and customer journey data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness within CJA.
• Configure and maintain CJA components including data views, calculated metrics, dimensions, filters, and workspace projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for implementation requirements, mappings, and business rules.
• Perform data quality audits and troubleshoot implementation issues, data discrepancies, and reporting anomalies.
• Partner with analytics and reporting teams to enable customer journey reporting and business KPI measurement.
• Provide implementation support for enhancements, new data sources, and evolving business requirements.
• Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud, CJA, and AEP best practices and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Analytics Implementation, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions.
• Experience working with data ingestion and integration processes involving Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Understanding of AEP concepts including datasets, schemas, identity resolution, data governance, and customer journey data models.
• Experience validating and troubleshooting analytics datasets and reporting outputs.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with JSON, data structures, and event-based data models.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using CJA or related BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags.
• Exposure to enterprise customer data platforms and data integration architectures.
• Adobe Analytics, CJA, or AEP certifications are a plus.
