Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Procurement Buyer SME for US-based client operations. The role covers PR to PO conversion, supplier communication, PO confirmation, and SAP updates to ensure timely order acknowledgments.

You will coordinate material deliveries, expedite shipments, manage RFQs, BOM uploads, and source lists. Candidates should have around 5 years of procurement experience, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience with exposure to PO creation and supplier communication.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and presentation (PowerPoint).
• ERP experience with SAP is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
