Job description

Senior Analyst, Cyber Service Delivery Governance

LSEG invites candidates to join as a Senior Analyst, focusing on the delivery and governance of cyber security services.

Main responsibilities
  • Monitoring Service Delivery: Ensure cyber security services meet agreed standards and SLA targets; track performance metrics and propose improvement plans.
  • Performance Reporting: Create and maintain KPI reports and meeting minutes to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between internal clients, technical teams and cyber security service teams; prepare activity packs and resolve action items.
  • Cyber Service Catalogue support: Assist leadership in developing and maintaining the service catalogue, reporting, and transition processes.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse workflows, recommend efficiency gains, validate metrics, and support standard reviews.
Required technical / job functional knowledge
  • Proficiency in industry best‑practice control frameworks: NIST, COBIT, ISO27001.
  • Strong understanding of cyber/technology service management principles and policies; ITIL certification preferred.
  • Experience with large‑scale enterprise solutions: applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud.
  • Recognised cyber security qualification (desirable) and degree or master’s in Cyber Security, Information Security or IT Management.
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks for assessment and mitigation.
  • Excellent management and operational reporting skills; ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving; objective analysis of poorly defined problems.
  • Understanding of financial institutions and underlying business processes.
