Job summary

Growth For Impact seeks a governance and cyber service management professional to oversee service delivery, performance, and reporting. You will liaise between clients, technical teams, and cyber service units to ensure adherence to standards and SLAs.

You will help develop the Cyber Service Catalogue, service reporting, and governance processes, while identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements across workflows and metrics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with control frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO27001).
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation practices.
• Strong ability to produce management and operational reports.
• Ability to build compelling PowerPoint decks and visualize concepts.
• Strong interest in Cyber Security trends, especially in tech/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery to ensure Cyber Security services meet standards and SLAs.
• Track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
• Create and maintain performance reports, KPIs, meeting notes, and action items.
• Serve as liaison between internal clients, LSEG technical teams, and Cyber Security service teams.
• Prepare and maintain board and service review packs; track and resolve actions promptly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate service delivery status and issues.
• Assist leadership in developing, supporting, and maintaining Cyber Service Catalogue and Service Reporting.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Perform quality reviews of service reports and dashboards, ensuring metrics are captured and presented correctly.
• Facilitate reviews of standards and documents owned by Cyber Strategy and Service Governance.

• Facilitate and support regular reviews of standards and documents owned by the Cyber Strategy and Service Governance team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in control frameworks based on industry best practices, including NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001.


• Familiarity with risk frameworks to assess and mitigate risks effectively.


• Proficiency in management and operational reporting.


• Ability to build compelling PowerPoint presentations and visualize sophisticated concepts.
