Job summary

DXC Technology invites applications for a Senior Analyst III Controllership role in Bengaluru. The position focuses on Lease accounting under Controllership with responsibilities including balance sheet reconciliations, JV postings, and cash flow preparation, while addressing audit queries and SOX compliance.

Qualified CA/CWA with 1–2 years in GL accounting in SSC is preferred, with 3–5 years in A&F generally required. Leasing experience and offshore support exposure are advantageous.

Sr Analyst III Controllership Job Description

Responsibilities: To be part of Lease accounting function under Controllership Org. Job profiles include activities like Balance sheet reconciliation, JV posting, Balance sheet review and Flux analysis and Variance explanation, Cash flow preparation, Addressing Audit queries and SOX compliance. Any work experience in Lease Accounting tools like Lease Accelerator, Co- star is an added advantage. Addressing queries from Controllership and Business Finance teams in the region to keep the accounts in healthy state. Addressing queries raised by Internal Controls team & auditors Should be able to provide ideas for automation opportunities.

Education and Experience Required Qualified CA/CWA freshers/ 1 to 2 years of experience in GL accounting function in Controllership/Shared service in Service/Manufacturing industry Candidates from IT / Telecom would be most appropriate fit and preferred Candidates with Lease accounting experience is an added advantage. Typically, 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance functions including Balance Sheet Reconciliations, GL Accounting, Period End Closing & Reporting functions in a Shared Services environment. Exposure Lease Accounting would be an added advantage. Exposure to Finance Support in IT Services industry. Experience in an integrated offshore business finance support model would be helpful.

Knowledge and Skills Required Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Very strong verbal and written communication skills, Good relationship management skills Excellent multi‑tasking and prioritization skills.
