International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics in Hyderabad to lead and transform our global data ecosystem. You will design enterprise-scale data pipelines and build analytics dashboards that empower smarter decisions across functions.

The role demands strong SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric skills, plus experience with AI-enabled insights. You will partner with finance and operations to deliver governed, scalable data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Expert-level SQL and relational database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Copilot Agents or Claude for AI-driven insights.
• Experience designing scalable cloud data pipelines.

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Design and implement enterprisescale data pipelines and advanced analytics dashboards, including solutions powered by advanced analytics Copilot Agents or Claude.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and modelling workflows across structured and cloudbased systems.
• Build and implement bestpractice solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI to deliver scalable, secure, and highperformance data products.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to translate complex business and finance requirementsincluding OTC, STP, and RTRinto actionable data strategies enhanced by AIdriven insights from Copilot Agents or Claude.
• Develop robust, governed Power BI datasets and dashboards that enable selfservice analytics across the organization.
• Implement and maintain data governance, data quality, and compliance standards across analytics initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Expertlevel proficiency in SQL and relational database technologies.
• Strong handson experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, plus familiarity with advanced analytics Copilot Agents or Claude for accelerating insight generation.
• Proven track record designing, building, and scaling cloudbased data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of finance process domains such as Order to Cash (OTC), SourcetoPay (STP), and Record to Report (RTR).
• Deep understanding of data modelling, orchestration, governance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Comfortable working in fastpaced, global environments and delivering highimpact data solutions enhanced by AIpowered analytics tools like Copilot Agents or Claude.
