Job summary

Jobtailor in Chennai seeks a senior AI/ML project leader to own end-to-end delivery of AI & automation initiatives across clients, ensuring quality, timelines and scalable architectures.

You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and risk, drive GenAI adoption, governance, and compliant deployments, and translate business needs into measurable outcomes.

This role requires 8–12 years of experience, hands-on GenAI/LLMs/RAG with Vector/Graph DBs and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale AI projects and leading diverse teams.
• Hands-on expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector DB, Graph DB, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in building reusable AI assets and accelerators to scale solutions across engagements.
