Job summary

The Team: The team is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality financial content from sell-side research, leveraging both advanced data extraction technologies and domain expertise. What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
  • Education

  • Post Graduates - MBA, M.Com, CFA L1 preferred (2026 passouts)

  • Graduate - BBA/B.Com/BMS/BAF with CFA L2 cleared

  • Primary Shift - Day Shift but candidate should be willing to work in all shifts on a rotational basis including night shifts i.e 2-3 weeks in a quarter (5 AM to 2 PM, 12 PM to 9 PM and 8 PM to 5 AM)

  • Experience in the application of basic concepts like valuation, financial statements, GAAP/Recurring income, ratio analysis.

  • Should enjoy breaking down and interpreting financial models of a company to understand the basic building blocks of a company’s business model.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating consensus models would be a plus

Soft Skills:
  • A positive attitude with attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for critical thinking.

  • Ability to articulate effectively with stakeholders across the organization

  • An eye for details and the ability to identify errors in modeling based on structured rules and statistics-based tools.
