R1 RCM in India is seeking senior professionals to lead US healthcare billing operations from Gurgaon. The role involves supervising accounts, ensuring accuracy within defined timelines, and reducing payer rejections.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in US healthcare operations and strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will work in a 24x7 environment, with night shifts possible, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold service quality and client

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.

Preferred Profile

Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, or Managers with minimum 10+ years of overall experience in US Healthcare operations.
