Job summary

HCL Technologies Ltd is seeking a GenAI Agentic Lead with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Python, and cloud AI services to design, develop, and deliver enterprise AI solutions. The role includes mentoring teams and driving technical excellence across projects in Chennai/Noida.

The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery, establish prompt governance, drive LLMOps, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring Responsible AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in GenAI, AI Engineering, Python Development, ML/NLP, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, chatbot, or AI assistant solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and enterprise AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design RAG and Agentic RAG architectures.
