Job summary

WOW Softech is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to design, develop, and scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use. You will lead architecture, mentor teams, and deliver production-ready AI platforms, with hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems.

The role requires strong software engineering background, technical leadership, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience with hands-on GenAI/LLM projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.
• Lead end-to-end development of AI platforms, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation.
• Architect and implement multi-agent systems using modern agentic frameworks and SDKs.
• Develop robust RAG pipelines integrating vector databases, knowledge graphs, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Build reusable AI services, prompt orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and deployment frameworks.
• Ensure production readiness through observability, monitoring, testing, guardrails, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and establish engineering best practices for AI application development.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM advancements.

This role requires technical leadership, architecture expertise, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven portfolio of enterprise AI solutions, AI platforms, or production-grade LLM applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
