Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML to design and lead development of Agentic AI solutions (autonomous AI agents). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, guiding the team, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions / AI agents
• Lead and mentor AI/ML engineering team
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• Define architecture and best practices for AI development
• Review code and guide team on implementation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AI/ML and LLM-based applications
• Good knowledge of Python, APIs, and system design
