Job summary

Futops, a leading MNC client, seeks a Senior AI/GenAI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI/GenAI solutions and reusable accelerators for enterprise use cases.

You will implement RAG, document intelligence, AI agents, and orchestration, integrating Azure and AWS AI services, with a focus on scalable pipelines in Noida (Hybrid).

Qualification includes B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech and 6–10 years IT experience, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Qualification – B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field.
• 6–10 years of overall IT experience with minimum 4–6 years of relevant AI/ML/GenAI experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and engineering skills.
• Ability to independently design and implement AI/GenAI solutions.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven with a strong interest in innovation, emerging AI technologies and hands-on experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI/GenAI solutions and reusable accelerators for enterprise use cases.
• Develop RAG, conversational AI, document intelligence, AI agent and automation solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source models/frameworks and Azure/AWS AI services based on solution requirements.
• Develop POCs and prototypes for emerging AI/GenAI technologies and convert successful solutions into reusable accelerators.
• Design and optimize AI/GenAI application architecture, model integration and inference pipelines.
• Evaluate and improve model quality, accuracy, scalability, latency and cost.
• Identify technical challenges and propose effective AI/GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data and cloud teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Contribute to AI/GenAI reference architectures, engineering standards and reusable implementation patterns.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/GenAI technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organizations roadmap.

Our MNC client is looking for a Senior AI/GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI. This role involves designing, developing and implementing AI/GenAI solutions and reusable accelerators, leveraging open-source technologies as well as Azure and AWS AI services.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search and AI agents.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial and/or open-source LLMs and foundation models.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI/Azure OpenAI and/or AWS AI/ML services.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, LLM evaluation and performance/cost optimization.
• Experience with open-source models/frameworks such as Hugging Face, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, vLLM or Ollama.
• Experience with MCP, advanced RAG, Graph RAG, hybrid search or reranking.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA or PEFT.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, CUDA, TensorRT or GPU-based inference.
• Experience developing reusable AI/GenAI accelerators or platforms.
