Job summary

HCLTech is hiring for Gen AI Lead Developer and Gen AI Architect across multiple Indian cities. The role focuses on designing and deploying generative AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with responsible AI practices.

You will mentor the AI team, improve model performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, and hands-on Gen AI infrastructure projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience in designing and architecting Gen AI solutions or tools for large enterprise customers.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic automation, and agent frameworks like Langchain, Lang graph, AutoGen, AutoGPT.
• Hands-on experience in Gen AI observability & monitoring via tools like Lang Smith.
• Experience with deep learning, CNN, NLP, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, OCR, and image processing techniques.
• Experience in Infrastructure related use-cases leveraging Autonomous Agents for Gen AI use-cases.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP/IBM WatsonX) and their AI/ML services.
• Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering and ability to design Prompt libraries for scenarios in Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Responsible AI best practices and standards in Gen AI projects.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI/ML projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on generative models. The candidate should be proficient in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and have a deep understanding of AI and ML technologies.

• Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering and ability to design and build Prompt libraries for various scenarios applicable in Infrastructure.
• Thorough understanding of Responsible AI best practices and standards and experience of implementing them in Gen AI related projects
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI/ML projects.
