STMicroelectronics in India is seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI & Automation Engineer to architect, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions within Strategic Planning & Analytics. Qualifications

• Expert-level workflow creation using AI orchestration tools (n8n or equivalent).
• Experience implementing conversational APIs, vector stores, and advanced prompt design.
• Strong programming in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js with RESTful APIs.
• Experience building integration layers for enterprise ecosystems (Microsoft 365 / MS Teams).
• 9–12 years of software engineering/automation experience with 2–3 years in building AI agents/bots.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Prototyping: architect, build, and deploy conversational bots and AI agents.
• Workflow Orchestration & Automation: design/manage multi-system automation workflows with tools like n8n.
• LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering: integrate prototypes with internal OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs and manage prompts and tools.
• Interface & UI/UX Evolution: build lightweight web interfaces (Streamlit, Next.js) for stakeholder testing.
• Code Hygiene & Handoff Documentation: maintain versioned code and handoff docs in GitHub.
