About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in backend development, Python, .NET, Node.js, AI workflows, software architecture, and AI development. This role involves building scalable applications and end-to-end technical pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, a good problem solver, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to conduct workshops, lead technical discussions, and present demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications and backend services using Python, .NET/C#, and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Build end-to-end workflows, APIs, integrations, automation, and technical pipelines.
• Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and AI workflows.
• Use AI-assisted/agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and documentation, while applying sound judgment on reviewing and validating AI-generated code before it ships.
• Contribute to system architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, Git, Docker, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Conduct technical workshops, POCs, architecture discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and product demos.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, AI Engineers, and other stakeholders to take solutions from concept to deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with AI technologies, automation, and modern software architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of software development experience, with strong backend development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Python, .NET/C#, and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, microservices, and workflows.
• Experience with AI/LLM application development or Generative AI integrations.
• Experience with databases and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
