Job summary

iQor is hosting walk-in interviews for travel services representatives in Noida. The session runs 1-5 PM from 3rd Oct to 20th Oct (Mon-Sat) at Embassy Galaxy, Tower C, Ground Floor, Sector 62.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in a BPO/call center handling international voice processes. You will handle calls, assist with travel bookings, changes, refunds, and related inquiries, aiming to deliver clear, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO/call center handling an international voice process.
• Experience in travel services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to travel services.
• Assist customers with travel-related queries: flight/hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations, refunds, itinerary information.
• Listen actively to understand requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions.

• Understand customer requirements by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
• Provide accurate, clear, and timely resolutions to customer queries.
