AtkinsRéalis Bengaluru hub is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end hiring across divisions, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and share progress. You will deliver recruitment services with a focus on KPI targets and candidate experience.

The role emphasizes compliance, team development, and collaboration with Sourcing and TA Ops, with hybrid work options and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate, professional services, consulting, or high-tech industry.
• Experience in RPO or in-house recruitment is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Driven, highly organized, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS or vacancy management systems (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment delivery of vacancies within the assigned division.
• Support and develop one of the divisional recruitment teams to deliver a high-quality service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance in meeting talent acquisition KPI targets including time to offer and interview-to-offer.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Team and TA Ops to apply best practice.
• Contribute to enhancing the employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Your role

• Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to comprehensively understand their hiring needs, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and addressing any concerns.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment delivery of vacancies within assigned division.
• Responsible for supporting and developing one of the divisional recruitment teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-oriented recruitment service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance in meeting talent acquisition metric targets including time to offer, interview-to-offer and other agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Team and TA Ops team to apply best practice.
• Contribute to enhancing the organization's'employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About You

• 7+ years of End-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, professional services, consulting, or high-tech industry.
• Prior experience of working in RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) or an in-house recruitment team is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines. Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems e.g. Workday.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
