• Ensure excellent customer experience on every call.

Job Summary

About the Role We are looking for experienced L1 Technical Support Engineers with a strong background in International Voice Process and Technical Support. The role involves handling inbound calls from global customers and providing L1-level troubleshooting support on IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls and provide professional technical support to global users.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
  1. IT Service Desk operations
  2. MS Office & Office 365
  3. VPN connectivity
  4. Basic Networking
  5. System & Browser Troubleshooting
  6. Software installation/uninstallation
  7. Antivirus support
  8. Printer setup & troubleshooting
  9. OneDrive & OneNote
  10. MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  11. VDI (Virtual Desktop Infra)
• Log, track, and follow up on incidents until resolution.
• Ensure excellent customer experience on every call.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process (USA or UK)
