Job summary

Microland Limited seeks a Senior Administrator for Digital Network (IN5) to support DDI services, DNS, DHCP and IPAM operations. You will assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices under guidance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires familiarity with Cisco DNA Center, ISE and Routing & Switching concepts, with a focus on reliability and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications

• DNS, DHCP and IPAM knowledge with ability to configure, monitor and troubleshoot DDI services.
• Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center features, basic config, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Cisco Routing and Switching concepts for basic device configuration and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) functions for policy and access monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support DDI services to ensure reliable network operations.
• Assist in basic configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting under guidance.
• Escalate issues with detailed analysis, logs and observations to higher-level teams.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure issue resolution.
