Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Citrix L2 Engineer to administer and optimize Citrix DaaS, CVAD, and Citrix ADC environments. The role includes escalation handling, complex troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations and performance tuning to ensure high user experience.

The candidate will manage Citrix Cloud services, logon performance, MFA integration, and security best practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors. Strong scripting and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Citrix DaaS and CVAD environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills across large Citrix estates.
• Experience with Citrix Cloud Connectors, Gateway, and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Citrix DaaS environments and monitor health and availability.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for Citrix service issues.
• Manage CVAD environments including machine catalogs, delivery groups, policies, apps and desktops.
• Perform environment upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot login, application launch, and VDA registration issues.
• Administer Citrix ADC appliances (VPX/MPX/SDX) including load balancing & SSL offloading.
• Handle L3 incidents and critical production outages with RCA.
• Work with Citrix TAC and vendors for complex problems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Job description

Citrix L2 Engineer responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and support of Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) environments.
