Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Associate with experience in the software/IT services industry to manage accounting operations, billing cycles, and statutory compliance. The role involves handling client invoicing (including milestone-based and recurring billing), revenue tracking, and ensuring compliance with GST and other regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Handle client invoicing, including:
  • Subscription/AMC billing
  • Track and reconcile revenue as per contracts and deliverables
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly
• Ensure accurate and timely GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) including handling of export of services / LUT cases (if applicable)
• Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, filing, and reconciliation
• Assist in monthly closing, revenue recognition, and MIS reporting
• Support internal and statutory audits with proper documentation
• Maintain proper records of client agreements, invoices, and compliance data
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and legal teams for billing and contract clarity
• Work on expense tracking, vendor payments, and cost control

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of:

• Hands‑on experience with accounting/ERP tools Tally prime
