Job summary

New India Global Ecoinfra is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Uttar Pradesh to manage full accounting operations using Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The candidate will handle daily payments, bank transactions, and project-based accounting, while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, IT, PF/ESI and client/vendor billing processes.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and MS Excel is required. The role involves coordinating with audit teams and maintaining detailed financial records

Qualifications

• 610 years of relevant accounting experience in a Construction / EPC environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting operations using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Handle daily payments, bank transactions, and project-wise accounting.
• Prepare and verify Client RA bills, Final bills, Vendor bills, Debit/Credit notes.
• Ensure proper vendor reconciliation, subcontractor payments, and client receivables.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI compliances and returns.
• Liaise with banks for RTGS/NEFT, OD limits, Bank Guarantees (BG), LC documents.
• Maintain MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with audit teams and ensure strict financial compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime & MS Excel
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
