Epic Pursuit Training And Consultancy Services invites an experienced accounting professional to own the complete accounting function for HVAC/construction projects. You will manage RA/variation bills, BOQ-based measurement sheets, payroll, statutory compliances, and monthly financial reporting.

Ideal candidate has 8-12 years of relevant experience, CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred, and proficiency in Tally/ERP/SAP/Zoho Books with advanced Excel. Mumbai-based onsite role.

Qualificações

• B.Com/M.Com:CA Inter/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, construction or contracting industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in RA billing, BOQ, measurement sheets ad project accounting.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP/SAP/Zoho books and advanced Excel.
• Ability to independently manage the complete accounting function.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complete accounting operations, including accounts payable & receivable.
• Prepare RA bills, final bills, variation bills & measurement sheets based on BOQ and project drawings.
• Manage client billing, payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables.
• Handle vendor and subcontractor payments, ledger reconciliation & invoice verification.
• Manage banking activities, bank reconciliation and cash-flow planning.
• Process monthly payroll, salaries, advances and deductions.
• Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly MIS, project-wise profitability reports, WIP and financial statements.
• Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors and management for smooth financial operations.

Role & responsibilities:

Handle complete accounting operations, including accounts payable & receivable.
