Job summary

Masadir Hr Services in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team. You will ensure accurate and timely invoice creation, manage client communications, and help prevent revenue leakage with strong accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills.

You will oversee daily invoicing operations, verify invoices before submission, align billing with client contracts and tax regulations, collaborate with finance, operations, and timesheet teams, and

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookup, power query).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring accuracy in invoice preparation
• Review and verify invoices prepared before client submission
• Ensure invoices are following client contracts, billing cycles, and tax regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, PRO, Time Sheet Team) to resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction
• Identify and prevent revenue leakage by implementing process checks and validating billing accuracy
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate reporting of AR balances
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
