Job summary

M Y Jain and Company in Surat is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Foreign Outsourced Accounting team. You will manage end-to-end bookkeeping for international clients (US/UK/Australia) using QuickBooks Online and Xero, ensuring accurate books and timely month-end closes.

You will work with onshore client teams across time zones to deliver compliant financial reporting as per applicable foreign accounting standards, in a fully onsite Surat office with night shift support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Accountant handling end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for international clients using cloud platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero).
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for foreign clients; coordinate with onshore accountants across time zones.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for our international (US/UK/Australia) clients using cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Xero. You will work closely with onshore client teams across time zones to ensure accurate books, timely month-end closes, and compliant financial reporting as per applicable foreign accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for international clients on QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud accounting software, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, and month-end/year-end closing, prepare financial statements and management reports for foreign clients, coordinate with onshore accountants/CPAs across different time zones, ensure compliance with client-specific accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS), and support process documentation and continuous improvement of outsourced accounting workflows.
