Job summary

Kamdhenu Adhesives in Raipur is seeking a finance and accounts professional to manage accurate financial records, payable/receivable cycles, and bank reconciliations. The role includes generating timely financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting audits.

You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements using Tally and ERP systems, under a growth-oriented, high-energy team environment in Raipur.

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Accurately recording all financial transactions into Tally.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Processing invoices and collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with records.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Tax Compliance: Filing tax returns and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Auditing Support: Providing documents to external auditors.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in annual budgets and forecasts.
• Process Improvement: Streamlining accounting processes and controls.
• Make Financial Reports according to company format

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Accurately recording all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll, into Tally.
2. Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payment of bills; managing customer invoices and collections.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling bank statements with accounting records to identify discrepancies.
4. Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Tax Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all applicable tax regulations and filing tax returns accurately.
6. Auditing Support: Providing necessary documentation and assistance to external auditors.
7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency, implementing best practices and controls as needed.
