The role requires strong Excel and Tally skills, experience with data extraction, and the ability to provide actionable insights to management and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Tally with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of GST compliance and filing practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Experience with data extraction and reconciliation processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain books of accounts and records using Tally.
• Handle GST compliance including filing and reconciliation.
• Manage vendor and receivables reconciliation and ledger upkeep.
• Track payments and maintain accurate ledgers.

Role & responsibilities

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Accounts Executive who can manage financial records, GST compliance, data reporting, and business analytics support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and should have strong command over Excel and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

• Support maintaining books of accounts in Tally
• GST and other compliance including filing and reconciliation
• Vendor and receivables reconciliation
• Payment tracking and ledger management
• Assist in audits and financial documentation

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for inventory
• Extract and analyze sales data from online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.)
• Data extraction and dashboard preparation using Excel
• Support management with financial and operational insights

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally
• Good understanding of GST compliance & filing
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
• Experience in data extraction and reconciliation
