Job summary

Peer To Peer Hr Services is seeking an accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience to manage financial reporting, closing processes, and audits. The role requires familiarity with Tally and current GST/Tax norms. The candidate should have exposure to manufacturing environments or hold CA/CS/CMA Inter or MBA in Finance.

The role will handle MIS reporting, bank reconciliations, and support statutory compliance including income tax, TDS, and GST.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Manufacturing sector experience or CA qualification is preferred.
• CA/CS/CMA Inter or MBA in Finance (education requirement)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet and consolidation.
• Month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconciliations across ledgers and accounts.
• Accounting in Tally software.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and information.
• Banking activities and reconciliation.
• Income tax, TDS and GST knowledge.
