Role & responsibilities

candidates should be capable of independently maintianing books in Tally and preparing accounts up to finalization, including coordination with the CA for audit and tax filing.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. advanced working knowledge
• 2. complete accounting from purchase/sales-receipts/payments-journals-ledger scrutiny-finalization
• 3. Bank reconciliation and cash/ bank management
• 4. Debtors & creditors reconciliation
• 5. GST- GSTR-1, 3B,ITC reconciliation, 2B reconciliation
• 6. TDS- deduction, challans, returns and Reconciliation
• 7. Year-End Provisions, Accruals, Prepaid expenses, depreciation,etc.
• 8. Preparation of Trial Balance, P& L and Balance Sheet
• 9. Preparation of Schedules required for CA audit/finalaization
• 10. Coordiantion of CA, auditor and Tax consultant
• 11. Good Excel Skills
• 12. Basic Knolwedge of income tax & ROC/ company compliance
